| | Woke up at 10, ate breakfast and went to church to meet Andy Ho. Talked with him about CCF and various things. Shared with him about the things I need to overcome, especially my emotional side. He admitted that I am a long way behind too even now... gave me a reading to read. Back home, cooked lunch, did laundry, rested a bit and then studied Greek throughout the afternoon. I don't feel very motivated to study today though. Updated xanga after Greek. Cooked dinner and ate. At night Ho gor came for Timothy bible study pre-study, that went on until past 9, after that just rested, daily devotion and slept.

Woke up at 8, Patrick and Ryan were still lying there in bed, so they are late. Got them moving and off to church. I prepared for church myself and set off to church a little early. Florence and Markus gave me their Love Corp shirt since they knew that my shirt was ruined because of the salmon blood when I cut the salmon in Ahousaht. So nice of them that now I have this shirt for memory of the mission trip. Photocopied stuff for sunday school, and then went to worship. Today is the day when I am officially announced to be the Cantonese intern staff of the church. I was called up by Andy who introduced me and asked the congregation to pray for me. Today I jotted notes and sort of did sermon analysis on Andy Ho's sermon on Psalm 100. After service was sunday school. Today's stuff is pretty difficult, and it went over-time, didn't give the people the time for exercise as much as I wanted to. But I think I got the message across. Then had lunch, but finally ended up having lunch with Patrick, Ryan, Vivian, Sharon, Tsuen, Lareina and Tsuen. Vivian, Sharon and I left early to head to John and Maggie's home for CCF Committee meeting. Today we had a very very long meeting, lasted until past 7... Got back to church, rode bike back home. Cooked and ate dinner. Read a bit of the counseling book Andy Ho borrowed me. But was so tired already because of the lack in sleep last night. So slept before 11 after daily devotion.
